Texol Lubritech FZC is the overseas joint venture of Gandhar Oil Refinery India Ltd (GORIL), a 25 year old group specialized in oil and petroleum products.

GORIL has 2 manufacturing plants located in Taloja, Maharashtra and Silvassa (Union Territory) bordering the state of Gujarat in India.

The third state of the art facility is being set up in Hamriyah Free Zone Sharjah, UAE which will manufacture a wide range of speciality oils & lubricants under the brand name “TEXOL”.

Products range includes high performance Industrial & Automotive Lubricants and Greases, Transformer  Oils, Rubber Process Oils, White Oils, Heavy & Light Liquid Paraffin as well as Petroleum Jelly.

TEXOL markets its products globally through a network of exclusive agents in each country.
